14 players took part in the twelfth league and a white frosty morning. The sun came through the fog to make a glorious morning. In general the golf was not great as most of the course was frozen. I thought the 25 points was not a bad score in such conditions and possibly a winning score. Events proved that I am not a good judge. Brian Duguid came in with 28 point to lead in the clubhouse. The last group came in with Ian Brown posting a card with 30 points, superb on a handicap of 5. But Roddy’s son David came in with a mind blowing 35 points.
